THE PROBLEM
Marketing was spending a lot of time repurposing content for different platforms. Photoshop templates were easily broken and tight guidelines were tough to manage, resulting in an inconsistent visual design.
THE SOLUTION
I created a system in Figma using components that enabled one design to scale across multiple sizes.
Changes to the master component populate across all content regardless of their aspect ratios.
I applied this system to 5 unique layouts which provided marketing with enough variety for all different types of posts, while still staying within brand guidelines.
THE RESULTS
Today, our marketing team can build social media posts 4x faster than when they were using photoshop templates unique to each platform. By locking up layers, the output automatically stays more on brand for a consistent look and feel.
These templates not only save marketing time and create a consistent visual brand, but have almost fully eliminated the need for bespoke social media designs.
